First steps for members

Join your workspace, find equipment, borrow and return it, and report a problem if there is one.

  1. Join your workspace

    Open your invitation and confirm your email with the code from the email.

  2. Put the app on your phone

    Everyday work happens in the app. Add it to your Home Screen and allow the camera for scanning.

  3. Find equipment

    Search, filter, or scan an item’s QR label.

  4. Borrow and return

    Choose Borrow, pick a return date and confirm. When you’re done, open Borrowed, choose Return and confirm the location.

  5. Report a problem

    While returning, tick “There is an issue with the equipment” and describe it.

  6. See your history

    Check your own loans and set your language and theme.
